First of all, divide the school lunch items in four categories

Main meal is divided into four groups and we have to add one item from each group in our child’s lunch box.

Sweetcorn, green peas, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers.

VEGGIES AND FRUITS
Select any two from the following from our five a day fruits and vegetable portions. You can add berries, grapes, banana, apple, orange, carrot, peas, broccoli, cucumber, apricot or melon or any seasonal fruit.
